#### How to request a refund on BlenderMarket:

Refunds are handled by the BlenderMarket staff, since they are the official sellers of the product. See their [Refund FAQ](https://support.blendermarket.com/article/246-product-refund-faqs) to see what is covered under refunds and how to request one. When this article was written (December 16th 2021), the process is as follows:

First, contact the product's Creator to try to resolve any issues that you are having with the product. If the product still does not perform as expected, *[contact us](mailto:support@blendermarket.com)* with the following information:
> -   the product you would like refunded
> -   the order number
> -   the transaction number
> -   a thorough description of the issues that you are having with the product
