# How to report a bug

**Have you run into an issue with Human Generator? Please follow these steps:**

#### Step 1: Check the "known-issues"
We have a list of known issues on the GitHub of the add-on. Please check if your issue is listed. If the issue is listed here we are aware of it and are working on a fix. Also, the post might include information for a workaround until the issue is fixed.

### Step 2: Issue not listed? Report the bug or ask for assistance
You can report a bug in the following ways:
 1. If you are a GitHub user, you can add an issue to the [Human Generator repository](https://github.com/OliverJPost/HumGen3D/issues). 
 2. We have a "Bug Reports" channel in our [Discord Server](https://discord.gg/qDbYGGcFpg).
 3. Don't have a GitHub or Discord account? Here are more ways to [Contact Us](https://humgen3d.com/docs/contact-us)

> - Version of Human Generator
> - Version of Blender
> - Your operating system
> - A description of what happens and when it happens
> - If applicable, a screenshot of the problem and/or the error message
> 
> **By including this information in the bug report, we can help as soon as possible**
